Welcome to Westgate Property Management Company Limited

Westgate Property manages over 400 properties located all over England and Wales on behalf of 3 Fully Mutual Housing Associations which were formed in 1992 to operate a Mortgage Rescue Scheme on behalf of a major bank. They are:

Westgate Housing Association Ltd
Westgate(2) Housing Association Ltd
Mexfield Housing Co operative Ltd

The Associations own properties purchased from people who were in mortgage difficulties and/or negative equity and rent them back to the former owners.

The Associations are private and registered under the Industrial & Provident Societies Act 1965. They are NOT Registered Social Landlords and do not receive any public funding.
